Privacy notice

The short version: the tools store nothing, and the only thing we keep is an email address you choose to give us.

What the tools store

Nothing. The jet lag planner, medication time-zone helper, long-flight checklist, and packing list builder all work out their answers in your own browser. What you type is never sent to us and never saved.

That includes the sensitive parts on purpose: medicine names, dose times, your age band, and any health boxes you choose to tick. Close the page and it is gone. We do not record analytics events on what you enter into the tools.

What we do store

If you sign up for the newsletter, we store your email address and a short label showing which page you signed up from. That is all. We do not store your name, your location, or your travel plans.

What we do with it

We send you the weekly tip. We do not sell your address, share it with advertisers, or use it to build a profile of you. Every email carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Getting your data removed

Unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or ask us to delete your address entirely and we will. If you would like a copy of what we hold for you, it will be one line long, and you can have it.

Cookies and analytics

We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site trackers. If we add basic, privacy- respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, we will say so here first, and it will never cover the inputs to the tools.

Affiliate links

When you follow a product link, the retailer may set its own cookies and apply its own privacy policy. That is between you and them, and it is worth reading theirs. Our side of it is described in our disclosures.

Changes

If this notice changes in a way that affects what we store, we will say so on this page and in the newsletter.
